Which form
Excel with formulas when there are many lines and prices will still change; Word A4 when the estimate is printed, signed and attached to a contract; the online generator when you produce estimates regularly and want a saved price base and a PDF on your own letterhead.
Official LBN forms
For public procurement the forms are set by the regulation: the local estimate, the summary calculation and summary estimate, and the bill of quantities. They live in the annexes to LBN 501-17.
