Why not just any spreadsheet
Most templates online are a two-column table — quantity and price. The client then cannot tell labour from materials and negotiates on the bottom line, and any material price change means recalculating everything. Here materials, labour and machinery sit in separate columns, the same split required by the Latvian building regulation LBN 501-17.
Overheads typically run 8–15% of direct costs and planned profit 10–20%; on renovation work add a 5–10% contingency. Material quantities are quick to get from our construction calculators.
