In internal work the money goes into preparation nobody sees, not the final coat the client looks at. So every coat is its own line, never "wall finishing — €22/m²".

Coats are what disputes are about. Filling can mean one coat under wallpaper or three coats sanded flat under a smooth paint — twice the price. Write the number of coats down.
Commonly missed
Priming between coats, protection and cleaning, carrying material upstairs, tile offcuts on diagonal or large-format layouts, and small repairs to cracks and corners. Height above 3 m is a separate line, not the same m².
